All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number and carrier details.


Each JamRok Essentials piece is made to order to ensure premium quality — please allow this short window for printing and embroidery before shipment.

If your order appears lost or delayed beyond 15 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (international), please reach out to support@jamrokessentials.com with your order number and tracking link.

We’ll work directly with our fulfillment partners to resolve it quickly.
